A holistic approach to inner balance
Authenticity. Awareness. Resilience.
I am a yoga teacher, counselor, and photographer. My journey is built at the intersection of body, mind, and humanity. I deeply believe that each person possesses a unique strength and the capacity to overcome challenges when supported with presence, accuracy, and respect for their own pace.
My mission is to create spaces where this force can emerge, reveal itself and fully unfold.

My Iyengar Yoga Journey
Precision, balance, and inner transformation

My Iyengar Yoga Journey
Precision, balance, and inner transformation
Certified Iyengar yoga teacher level 2, I have been teaching with rigor and care since 2008.
My teaching is based on alignment, precision and adaptation to each person, in order to develop strength, stability and body awareness.
In 2025, I organized the Abhijata Iyengar workshop in Montreal and I actively participate in the training of the next generation within the Iyengar Yoga Association of Canada, notably as a member of the education roundtable and official evaluator of future teachers.
I am currently pursuing my level 3 certification, continuing a deep commitment to this demanding and dynamic method.

My background in helping relationships
Grounding, presence and human support
For more than six years, I have been training and practicing social intervention at the University of Montreal, with a particular interest in family and relational dynamics.
I have supported women, as well as trans and non-binary people in vulnerable situations, particularly within the Maisons de l'Ancre, as well as immigrant families experiencing periods of transition and adaptation.
These experiences have fostered a practice centered on creating a safe environment, a stable presence, and support tailored to each individual.
Putting words to one's experiences allows one to better understand oneself, to regain control over one's reality, and to move forward with greater clarity.
Grounding, presence and human support
My personal journey has deeply shaped the way I support others. Originally from Chile, I have experienced change, displacement, and the process of rebuilding a life in a new country. This journey taught me the importance of listening, being fully present, and trusting in our ability to find our footing again when life calls us to evolve.
Photography, yoga, and social work have naturally come together throughout my journey. Photography taught me to observe with care and notice what is sometimes expressed beyond words. Yoga taught me to listen to the body and stay connected to the present moment. Social work deepened my understanding of people, their experiences, and the strengths they carry within them.
Today, these different dimensions shape my approach: creating a space where each person can feel welcomed as a whole, with their own story, challenges, and possibilities.
