WORKSHOPS

      Why do yoga workshops?

Yoga is a special moment dedicated to oneself. Doing a 3-hour or one-day yoga intensive or even a weekend will allow us to dive into the practice with the end of deepening our knowledge. We take more time to understand the postures and make connections between each posture, worked on or theme presented. It is a precious moment to reconnect with ourselves, but also with people who seek their well-being through the practice of yoga. In these yoga intensives, there is often more time to explore and integrate the practice of meditation. In addition, we can interact with people from the community with diverse interests, but with one thing in common, the search for well-being through this age-old practice.

Being aware of your limits is essential for maintaining a healthy balance between body and mind. By developing an accurate perception of yourself, you can better identify your essential needs and work towards overall well-being. This involves learning to recognize signs of fatigue, stress, or overload, and taking steps to address them. It's important to give yourself permission to stop when your capacity is reached. Cultivating this attentive listening during a yoga practice is essential, as it promotes better energy management and allows you to fully engage in what truly nourishes you.
